The Cogentos Method is a simple, practical, easy to use approach to designing Web Applications. This is an area of growing importance particularly as many people in the industry see all future applications becoming web applications.

The method is a fast-track agile method based on best practice, experience and the principles of agile development. It is not a traditional waterfall method. The main steps are summarsied in the following diagram:
